Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include your order number along with clear photos of the product.

Refunds

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Products may be exchanged only in cases of:

  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect items received
  • Manufacturing defects
